Initial Consultations

You will meet with an ONIO Interactive specialist to discuss your requirements, expectations, and timeline for the Crestron module/driver project.

Requirements Gathering​

Our team works with you to gather detailed technical requirements, including the specifications of the devices to be integrated and the functionalities needed.

Proof of Concept

We develop a proof of concept (PoC) to demonstrate the feasibility of the integration. This initial prototype allows you to visualize the core functionalities and provide feedback before proceeding to full development.

Scope of Work Development

Our developers create detailed Scope of Work document, including system architecture, communication protocols, and user interface designs. We ensure the design aligns with your requirements and industry standards.

Development

Our development team builds the Crestron module/driver using best practices and agile methodologies. We ensure continuous integration and testing throughout the development process to maintain high quality.

Internal Testing

We conduct comprehensive internal testing, including unit tests and integration tests, to ensure the module/driver functions correctly and reliably.

Phase 2 - Driver Dev (Custom)

Development

The completed module/driver is deployed in the cloud or other environment. We provide support throughout the deployment process to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Final Testing & Validation

We perform final testing in the live environment to validate the performance and functionality of the module/driver, ensuring it meets all specified requirements.

User Training

We offer training sessions to your team on how to use and manage the new module/driver. This includes detailed documentation and hands-on training. We also create a video tutorial demonstrating the functionality of the module/driver.

Maintenance & Support

We offer ongoing maintenance and support services, including regular updates, bug fixes, and performance optimizations. If agreed with the client, we can add the driver to our store for sale. Our team is available to provide assistance and ensure the module/driver continues to operate smoothly.
